    Research mein yahi milega - New projects are being launched by chotu-motu builders :bab (61):at 4000+ psf BSP all over x-way

  • @shaurya -- thnx for your inputs... he deals in only Jaypee on exp way and only asked me to think for KBA and not any other project of jaypee and he is a very good frnd of my uncle.. thus thought to get some insights from the IREF coz after all everyone looks for their own profits :) even if he is a close frnd of my uncle :)

    Jaypee has given today's (30th Apr-2012) deadline to publish - revised project schedules. lets hear from them first.

    i have been quoted 3700 BSP for a 24th floor 3 bhk unit in resale ... Should i go for it ??

    And what are the additional charges coming to ? . I guess approx 600 rs per SQft . Deeprupani ....Maybe you should not avoid a broker ? You might be saving around 60000 rs but safety is guaranteed and hassles are reduced. All paperwork and legal issues will be taken care of by the broker .. My POV only !

    One of the HDFC guy told me that they are not financing any JP property in RESALE coz JP doesn't provide BBA. Any idea about this?? But they give loan on new deals with builders? Sounds Strange. Anyone has got financed recently in RESALE from HDFC?

    Same guy told me that Axis also has stopped financing JP coz it's exposure to JP is over. Any comment on this?

    Any idea which bank is financing JP now specially for resale deals??"

  • HDFC bank is not doing Financing on Resale as JP is giving Provisional Alt Letter.Indiabulls Finance is doing JP Resale Financing.From nationalised Bank PNB is doing resale financing when buyer makes full payment to seller from his own sources.In other words after getting allotment transfer financing will be done on rest amount

    That means one has to have 40-50% + Premium in his pocket before talking of any resale deal in JP.:(

    Resale in any premium society will demand so much ..

    Look at the pics yaar ... which way they will not demand this

    I was under the impression that this may take 4-5 years, or even more of JP runs out of money.

    The pics are of golf course facing towers... not KBA/Kosmos/GI etc.

    Others will be quite dense. Don't expect what you're seeing in the pics after investing in non golf course facing projects.. you'll be disappointed.
