    Where are these penthouses located in KBA ? Or are they elsewhere ? Kindly inform .Penthouses rates will be higher , i' m sure. 3750 around are rates for the multi story flats in KBA and other projects...

  • help regarding fresh booking

    I wish to book a 3 bkh unit (lower floors) in Kensington Boulevard in fresh booking as I do not have colored money.

    1. Is Jaypee or any mainstream broker have inventory on lower floors and what is the asking rate.

    2. If not this project, then which other Jaypee Noida project will have fresh booking possibility (range is max 4k bsp, so wishtown GC units are out of range)? I am not getting desired units in Krescent homes as well.

    how abt if the original buyer had bought in subvention .. wud the rate be lower or higher then ?

    40% payment has already been made in most of the towers for KBA.

    Also i think good units are available on fresh. One has to take the resale route to source good units.

    1930 is 4 BHK + Servent no idea on resale was never intrested but gut feel is BSP 3700

    I remember being offered a 3 bhk in KBA at 3850 BASIC, resale, around feb-march by Renaissance reality people ! ( didn't fall for it !!)
