Bhai Akash, I have never been against Jaypee, I have always said that its a wish town and hope the wish comes true one day :). The day Jaypee projects (Mid Segment not GC ones) are completed 137 will come to 4 K levels, and probably even LB, LP, Hamlet will come to 4500 Levels.... but then when is a question mark.....Just go to Jaypee and drive around...it feels amazing....but when will this amazing be mine is again a question mark. I have booked coz this was what I could afford and found to be decent...
P.S. How much did you book orchard for and which floor, one of my friends is real keen on it.....CommentQuote0Flag - 4900 Bsp after discount in Tower A3.. Flat size 2105sqft..

Hi Akash,
I booked a month ago. 40% payment has been made for CLP. Tower-KBA11
And please, drop the 'ji'. :)CommentQuote0Flag - Originally Posted by trialsurveyhow abt if the original buyer had bought in subvention .. wud the rate be lower or higher then ?
Subvention should be lesser. I remember someone offering his 975 sqft unit at 3550 on Kensington Boulevard google group.CommentQuote0Flag - Originally Posted by hellojiDoston fresh booking main 2 bhk milega kya ?

Fresh booking, i'm afraid there's none. You'll have to search in resale only.CommentQuote0Flag - Originally Posted by hellojicongrats sirji......1930 kitna bedroom hai

In June(when i booked), the BSP was 3650. Shouldn't have changed much, i guess.
(This was for 2BHK, 8th floor, CLP)CommentQuote0Flag - >Vishal if i remember correctly u were advocating 3C against Jaypee..

Oneday everybody will become a fan of WT.CommentQuote0Flag - People who have opted for subvention plan in kasa isle/KBA are desparately looking for buyers because no EMI will be over by sept,2012. Donot opt for subvention offer in resale. better go for CLP.CommentQuote0Flag

3650 before or after discounts???CommentQuote0Flag - Originally Posted by vishal18803650 before or after discounts???
This was in resale, and not fresh booking. So, 3650(BSP) + Other Charges + 50psf(transfer charges).CommentQuote0Flag - Samir 'ji'.. ;-))
Anyways congrats buddy.. Very good deal.. What size did you opt for?
We will be neighbours if i use my orchards unit for end use..CommentQuote0Flag - Hi Akash,
Thanks! Initially, was looking for 1320/1420 sqft size, but there's very limited availability for these sizes in resale market. Hence opted for 975sqft and invested the rest elsewhere.
If I use this for end use, will be moving to a bigger unit at a later stage.
Congratulations for your Orchards unit! Very fine project :)CommentQuote0Flag - Does anybody know which construction firm has been given contract for Kensington Boulevard?CommentQuote0Flag
