Not sure, a broker quoted me 3950bsp for a park facing 975 sqft unit, below floor 10. I don't have any other details as of now, but seems too high to me. But this is just the demand, I have not yet negotiated, I would not like to book this project above 3800, recently a few folks were quoting a rate of 3600-3700 for higher floors.

  • price depends upon payment plan. in CLP or subvention booked before 6-8 months you will never get at 3800 bsp. it will be atleast 3950. however if someones subvention is due for expire or if some one has booked in flexi plan than u can get at below 3800 bsp. may be at 3650 also.

this information is based on ground work i did when i planned to buy one in kba.

    happy kba hunting:)

  • Good 3BHK units with CLP plan are not available below 3900-4000.

  • I have been offered a 3BHK in Kensington Boulevard @3800 psf - BSP
    High floor
    Partial Downpayment

Is it too high? I am being told that prices have gone up since the start of Navratras is it right?

  • I have one question, JayPee gave the tentative date for Sep 2013 for possession of flats in Keningston blvd , if this goes beyond this date, we would be getting interest right on our money
