    i have been offered 3800 for dp and 4200 for clp. but both units disappeared. i was even ready with a cheque. :(

  • People say that wishtown is full of investors.. but it seems like WT has more end users than any other project as there is very less supply, even with so much inventory and rates are continuously being hiked in the resale market..

    i first went to bop to find a unit and saw the owner list. mostly end users in the apts list i saw.

    for resale rates, they have hiked because of too many brokers. one broker selling to another and that one selling to end user. 2 brokers making profit and keeping seller/buyer in dark. resale rates in kba are 3800 dp to 4200 clp in my experience so far

    975sqft 2BHK is in Kensington Boulevard

    1050sqft 2BHK is in Kensington Park Appts

    But these options are in resale only.
