    Thnx

There is a difference quoted by agents. Buy between - 4500to 5000 and sell between 4100-4300. It's a good basic project with plenty of open spaces- supposed to be a low density sector. only delay in construction- picked up recently though- would still take 2 years to complete.dec 15.

    Hello Friends,

I am interested in buying a 3 BHk 1320/420 sq ft in Kensington Boulevard or 1500/1525 sq.ft in Kensington Park. Please help me with the current resale prices and also let me know the dealers/actual sellers offering the same.

  • At least I do not know any projects in 137 selling at all incl higher than kba/kpa/ksi/kh/klassic.. All others are ai below or equal to 5k..

Where as all avove projects of jp are around 5200 to 5500 bsp..

Yes 3c projects in 107 n 110 is commanding better premium b cos of its location n being near to full fledged possession. .

One must be very clear in mind that all the projects of jp is extremely low density in comparison to its counterparts in noida.. be it kosmos or kalypso..
