    I guess once KOSMOS and Klassic get delivered...then lime light will be on KPA and KBA.
    Not discussed in IREF means there are not many brokers and investors in these two projects.

    Look at all so called hot threads....one can clearly see the foot prints of brokers and investors creating hype to fool innocent bakras....lage raho Bhai...

    Genuine buyers please be careful here....

      4500 - 4600 all inclusive...is what you should aim at...

        Yaar if u r in love with a project and find it value for money please go ahead and buy it.

        Why do u read and get influenced by comments of brokers and investors.

        Infact according to u the best projects will have least threads and comments on IREF.

        Guys please look at the projects with the least commented threads on IREF and buy them blindly as they are the best projects with only genuine buyers.

          No...as per me most talked projects on iref are most infested by brokers and investors.

              Nothing much difference b/w KB and Kasa as far as specifications are concerned.

              1. I think Kasa has a provision for split air condition where as KB doesn't have.

              Other differences apart from specification are

              2. KB is surrounded by plots (openness) but doesn't have the Central Park as big as Kasa (nearly abt 3.5 acres)

              3. Kasa is close to expressway and Jaypee commercial and exactly opposite to Omaxe Grand where as KB is around 1 km inside.

                    From what Ive read over the last few days,, both KB n Kasa seemed to hv shot up a bit. At 48-5k AI or a little more - now these r well priced in.

                    Now will hv to look at another favourate at WT
