    Yeah you are right .... its purely a marketing gimmick that worked. Golf properties are meant for people who play golf. There are huge costs associated with upkeep of Golf courses and Jaypee is passing them to GC customers/flat owners in terms of higher maintenance costs. Those who play Golf should not have any complaints with higher maintenance costs.

    Investors/End-users who understand Value will go for Classic and Kensington Properties, which are hugely undervalued right now.

  • Is there any fresh inventory in Kingston Boulevard/Height/Park? I have heard that only resales options are available..
    I am aware of Klassic Height which is available in fresh as well.

    Resale market is very unorganized. You don't see any prudence in rates quoted. Moreover to deal with brokers with all possible dirty tricks is a very different ball game. Now a days they are not contended with there commissions. They look for cuts.....

  • i called JP office regarding the units available in fresh and they confirmed that nothing is availble and everything is sold out. after i told the lady from JP that thewebsite says there are units available in the fresh then she says if at all something is available they would be the top floor units.

    Has to be that way. the project was launched in may 2010. Two years.....

    No CLP based demand not recd by any buyer since last 8-12 months.
