    Any idea if 3BHK(2T) option is available in fresh? Or will I have to go in resale?

      3BH+2t- not available
      3 BHK +W+2 T/3 T- is available

      Resale market is very unorganized. You don't see any prudence in rates quoted. Moreover to deal with brokers with all possible dirty tricks is a very different ball game. Now a days they are not contended with there commissions. They look for cuts.....

        i called JP office regarding the units available in fresh and they confirmed that nothing is availble and everything is sold out. after i told the lady from JP that thewebsite says there are units available in the fresh then she says if at all something is available they would be the top floor units.

          Agreed,

          Has to be that way. the project was launched in may 2010. Two years.....

          No CLP based demand not recd by any buyer since last 8-12 months.

              What should be a good deal for KB-18 tower for a 1320sqft unit between 6th to 9th floor in CLP plan?

              Getting an offer for 3700 BSP... is it a good deal or should I negotiate more?

                Close the deal at 3900 all incl. (everything except registry) and its a decent deal

                Of course I am talking about floors less than 9th

                  Thanks Zohaib for the response.
                  Now, the extra charges are like this :
                  misc - 340
                  PLC - 60
                  transfer charges -50
                  parking and club membership - 230 (dividing 1320 by 3L and rounding it off)

                  So, total extra charges are around Rs.680!
                  So, to achieve 3900 all incl., the BSP has to be around 3200-3300!
                  Will anybody even consider selling it at that price tag? Because all the new project launches in nearby sectors have been at a higher BSP - even those of lallu-panju builders.

                  Please advice!

                    Even i was searching for KB unit of 3BHK. Nothing is available at less then 3700- 3800.

                    I don't understand how one could manage this at 3900 all inclusive....

                      Deeprupani: Yes, all inclusive deal is hovering around 4300-4400 persqft in KB (for CLP).

                      That, when the project is hugely delayed!
