There were a few dead threads on Elite Homz in this forum beyond revival.
Do pardon me for starting one afresh.
Obviously people here do not seem inclined on this project.
Wonder why? Gurus/Members your views please.
Should one look at this project or look away?
Please shed your thoughts.
My 2 cents:
Ups:
1.Relatively low density.506 flats in 5 acres plus.
2.Neat layout
3.Decent room sizes
4.Approx 10% cheaper than Mahagun Moderne.
Downs:
1.Unknown (doubtful) builder reputation
2.No clarity in answers from them
3.Surrounded by mega projects
4.Pretty much interior of Sector 77.

    I was also looking Elite but dropped it because still their registry is not done..and also the land is alloted to a total of 6 builders by Noida Authority... If any dispute happen b/w these builders then the project will be 100% delayed.

    Most land allotted by Noida Authority to builders in Sec 77,78 etc are under the banner of a consortium right?
    I understand that banks have approved this project for home loans.Is this true?

    Arnd two weeks before when i was looking this...their Registry was not done...so no point of Bank Approvals..

    Because after registration it takes months to get the MAP sanctioned by Authority...only then BAnks approve/disburse loans.

    Consortium is fine but if all the builders are related/ or may be they are internally linked. But in case of Elite these are all together diff. builders such as CiviTech, Expressway...
