I visited Gaur City-2 yesterday. They have recntly opened GC-16 for the booking. The price for the groung floor is 2150psf. The dealer offered me 2.5% discount on the same. If i go by builder reputation & the location it seems to be gud investment. Can some1 give more insight on Gaur City-2

    Why this all inclusive price of 3390 is a joke? Is it too costly ?

    I am also considering buying in GC2 and need to know if 3390 contains IFMS and what all PLCs are involved

    Koi ek bhi response nahi GC2 12th Avenue ke liye?

    Bhai logo mere ko batao ki main isme invest karoon ki nahi. mere pass 20-25 hai cash mein jo main direct invest kar sakta hoon aur baaki ke liye bank ko dekhoonga. Please suggest.

    Go forward and people will laugh at you for investing at such a high price. Really do not think of entering at this level.

    What else project one can get at better price?

    I see all NE projects are priced at 3200-3500 all inclusive..I have missed the boat as I didn't buy anything after buying property in 2004 but I am really very very serious to invest as putting money in banks is not a good idea which I have been doing for last 4-5 years.

    Waiting for inputs from fellow forum members for their valuable inputs.
