does anybody know about this project in sector 137. i was approached by a broker today regarding this. it seems to be on the plot just in front of Panchsheel fresco in 137.
has anybody heard of this builder before ? any feedbacks ?

  • This is small project and I didnt see anything except their signboard on shubhkamna land when I visited the entire belt a couple of weeks back.

    I think the builder is at par with others in sect 137 . What's the per sft. price quoted by the dealer ?

    has anyone heard of this builder ?
    How is their construction quality ?
    Will they be able to deliver in 30 months?
    Would sect 137 get populated in 3 years time?

    Why u want 2 buy flat from unknown builder when so many other good options are available ?

    Actually , I am on look out for a project ....which has good location , good lay out , area efficiency and ultimately which can get me good returns in 4-5 years...assuming 137 has good potential ,Logix and 3C would have been good but have missed the bus ...Purvanchal is expensive ....others like gulshan , ajnara etc. are facing naala ...which project is value for money in sector 137 ?

    How is logix green ? Do some more research work & buy only flat of builder with proven track record . Donot buy from builder who is launching project every week ?

    Logix green is sector 143 which is further 2 kms from sector 137 ...and may not have same locational advantage as sect 137 ....Any one has idea about fresco project in secotor 137 ? how is exotica as a builder ?

    Visit website of this company & see list of completed projects . If nothing mentioned than it is new builder...
