My parents had purchased a property in Noida way back in 1994 under GPA . It was taken from another GPA . So my mother is a second GPA in the property. This GPA is registered with registrar along with agreement to sell. When we approched the first GPA holder to transfer the property in our name , he refused and started asking for money. Noida authority doesn't allow transfer through second GPA. My mother has the procession of the plot and house constructed . What is the remedy.

  • Unfortunately sir, you will have to enter into some arrangement with the other party. These are the sell known risks of buying property on GPA.
