Another new project in Noida :

Website is excellent, no idea about ground reality..Even could not find the builder details..But the concept and amenities are excellent..

Has anyone got any clue about builder and any completed project by him.

Surprisingly no broker is also talking about this project.

    Let me tell you a real picture of RYAN.

    3 years back, one of my neighbour in Noida got her daughter admitted in Ryan international .......no donation....nothing. HE WAS VERY HAPPY.

    After submitting the fees etc .....20 days later he got a demand note ( yeah just like builder demand note ) - which says -

    please submit 40k as a school building/development charge or something like that.

    He fought / He was pissed n what not - but in india ....kya hota hai....he had to pay...no option.

    Sardar Patel - 20 lacs
    Modern, Barakhamba - 15 lacs
    DPS RK Puram - 15 lacs

    PS - Yeh donation unke leeye hai - jo anpad hain but paise waale - jinka bacche ka kahin admission nahin hua or someone who is a idiot wants to opt for such schools at any cost just for the sake of snob value.

    Baapre! Bach gaye hum :)

    Main to bhai sarkari school se padha hoon (Navodaya), English medium bhi nahi tha. And I have no complaints about my education. In fact, i feel I got a very good education.

    last year, my friend paid 8L to get her daughter into DPS, Vasant Kunj - primary branch of RKPuram.
    This year I have to get my kid admission and I have a 70% chance of making it to DPS EOKailash - being alumni ( based on last years results - lottery even for alumni) - abadi bahut hai DPS RKP ki!

    Also, paisa leke to sab baithein hain - solid jugaad chahiye delhi schools ke liye!

    Agree, paisa sub ke paas hai ...jugaad is equally important.

    I know a JE son - who was avg in studies - is now in IIT delhi.

    sahi hai.

    There is no limit. If you are content nothing else matter.

    Most parents think if they send there kids to the most known or expensive school - that is the best education for them but question is ...IS IT ?

    IMO - smart kid will always do well no matter where he/she studies.

    but it's only human nature to try n give the best to your kids.

    Sector 107 is a poor location for a luxury project.

    Prateek Edifice - I read prakash sir is so excited as in his opinion edifice is now 6k from 5k :-))) I mean it's funny to read such comments. 9 out of 10 dealers in sector 18 alone...can get you a deal around 5100-5200 but yahan dekho ?

    L300 - I always maintain - it has got a poor location if you are using taglines like super luxury / one of it's kind. I find loading very high. mark my words .....it's fate will be just like omaxe forest i.e. - mehnga haathi har kissi ke buss ke baat nahin hai khareedna aur bhogna. investors ke haath se jab cheez nikal jaate hai ....woh asli value hai property ke. In 2004 Omaxe forest was launched around 3k per sqft - in 2012 - still struggling around 6k mark. It's a very very good n spacious society.

    JP - No comments. bcoz IREF pe 80% JP ke dealer baithe hain.....saare dealer mujh pe chad jayengey ...main unhe gaaliyan doonga ....woh mujhe dengey...result i will be banned.
