Another new project in Noida :

Website is excellent, no idea about ground reality..Even could not find the builder details..But the concept and amenities are excellent..

Has anyone got any clue about builder and any completed project by him.

Surprisingly no broker is also talking about this project.

    u and praveen both r correct. what praveen stated is the legal posn . but in practical terms even ur salary acct is sufficient.

    they r simply interested in the cash flow from one project to another. a simple balance sheet sp by ur bank statements is sufficient

    however, if the IT official wants to be nasty he can insist for the seperate bank acct.

    the above is base on my personal experience.

    The best thing I like about this project: no duplicate threads on IREF! For any other popular project, there are at least 4-5 threads.

    Yes. I just hope they don't mess up with the colour. Many builders have no sense of exterior colour. Dull colours like ATS village keep looking great for several years if quality paint is used. Bright colours loose their sheen quickly. LB looks decent, while LP looks too flashy due to bright red.

    I am carrying old , uskey kheechey hua photo agar yahan dal diye to resale shuru ho jayega aur rate bhi gir jayegaa ....

    In my tower only tile work is done ... nothing else started ..... photo leney layak kuch nahee ...

    Ha ha. aap likhna nahi bhoole, IREF allow nahi karta M0BILE likhna.

    Baaki photo kisi aur ke tower ki bhi la sakte ho! Aur phone purana hone ki chinta mat karo. Photo daalne ke baad phone ke liye bhi relare ke offers aane lagenge!

    boss ye megapolis toh bhool jao .. mereko toh wahan pahunchne mein haalat kharab ho gayi thi .. u need to go through bodaki railway crossing and then a village which is like hell

    badi mushkil se site tak pahuncha tha mein .. and btw its not part of distt gautam buddh nagar !
