Another new project in Noida :

Website is excellent, no idea about ground reality..Even could not find the builder details..But the concept and amenities are excellent..

Has anyone got any clue about builder and any completed project by him.

Surprisingly no broker is also talking about this project.

    Please give your opinion on how this looks. i found it ugly. I would have preferred a white marble.

    White marble is never the preferred choice for common areas as it require more maintenance. Green kota stone is commonly used for staircases and lift lobby. Let the granite get polished. It will come out really well.

  • SSH Rates are about to increase as Price List is not available, got to know from sources that prices are increasing by approx 400-500 Rs.

    Now, how about selling SSH in 5000 (Minimum) and booking 79 project in 3500 DP.

    Sale Price of SSH (80L) - 52L (CP of 79 Project in DP) = 28L (28-30 Lac loan pending for SSH)

    Does this means that 79 project in DP would approx be Loan free purchase in DP ???

    Suggestions / questions

    1) Anyone know the exact location of plot ?
    2) Should we go for 79 project as it would become loan free ?
    3) How WOULD appreciation differ from both sector 78 and 79 ?

    Sids / Fatichar other friends...what you guys suggest ?

    This will look good once polished and cleaned. However, using a light colored granite would have given the lobby a premium look. However, I still feel that this is much better than the green kota stone or cheaper options of marble. Sunshine is indeed trying to do much better than just providing the basics.

    I said white marble, not Italian marble ;)

    Not a bad idea for a leveraged person like me. But can't say anything without seeing the plans.
