Another new project in Noida :

Website is excellent, no idea about ground reality..Even could not find the builder details..But the concept and amenities are excellent..

Has anyone got any clue about builder and any completed project by him.

Surprisingly no broker is also talking about this project.

    Names related to Sports activities are sports wood, Stadia, Golf Green to justify the initial usage of land recreational

  • Just went to the Helios site over the weekend. Work is going on at good pace but possesion will be possible by the year end only. Talked with office ppl over there. They were saying that they will offer possesion for fittment in Sep/Oct and final possesion in Dec.
    Club and internal facilities work will keep on going. The final work completion would be by March next year. Also they would offer Steel doors for the main door in place of Iron

    In all probability you can. SS is unlikely to get CC before March, 2014

  • helios is yet to be delivered and a quality of product can be validated once atleast a year is gone by. can v say that helios is a quality product by just seeing the construction ? may they r using branded products but labour/workmanship is much more important, because if these branded products are not installed properly then what will be the use ???
    i heard that director in SSH who is from mentor is now losing control on SSH group and it is more driven by the other directors who r very money minded.

    If that is the case why would they:

    1. Use hettich fittings in modular kitchen?

    2. Build lawn tennis court even though it was not even mentioned in any marketing material?

    3. Install lifts which are significantly expensive than usual Kone/Otis etc?

    4. Utlilize ground floors of the towers to build club, gym, party hall etc whereas they could have easily monetized the ground floor PLC.

    He has quoted a deal known to him 5800 for 1st floor. He is definitely trying to create hype as this pricing is simply absurd.
