Another new project in Noida :

Website is excellent, no idea about ground reality..Even could not find the builder details..But the concept and amenities are excellent..

Has anyone got any clue about builder and any completed project by him.

Surprisingly no broker is also talking about this project.

  • I think we should wait..may be pachtana pade but as of today what I can see major benefits are;

    1) Capital Gains..save tax after 3 years if some / all white
    2) End Product would be ready, end users can see landscaping, club, facilities etc. which I feel would be a plus because its SSH first project and they will showcase it.
    3) Mr. Daw ki commitments ka pata lag jayega ;-)

    My gut feel - Resale rate would be approx 5600 - 5800/- at that time..but lets c

  • Possession has become due in SSH, but no intimation on possession status by SSH. Atleast everyone should have been informed what is going to be the state going forward and when can we expect possession if it is not on time. Kudos to the customer Service of SSH.

    Do they send demand note to you through newsletter too ? I think there needs to be formal communication to each one personally because not everyone would be reading every newsletter and some clarity on penalty as well.

  • I agree to some extent but Demand notes are confidential and different for everyone this message is common to evryone.
