Another new project in Noida :

Website is excellent, no idea about ground reality..Even could not find the builder details..But the concept and amenities are excellent..

Has anyone got any clue about builder and any completed project by him.

Surprisingly no broker is also talking about this project.

    Above link pe jaakar left side pe rates/sqft ko display "low to high" select kar lena sir... aur batana kitni deals hai rs 4300 se start hokar rs 5100 ke beech mein..
    Kam se kam 180-200 deals hain sir..woh bhi bina negotiation kiye.

    Ab pls yeh mat bolna sir ke yeh deals bhi maine hi brokers ko daalne ke liye kahin hogi..

    Sach mein bohut jagruk hain aap market mein sir!!


    lagta hai iref forum mein 90 % se jyada sellers hi hain.. jinhe bas apne favor ki baat hi sun ni achi lagti hai...irespective of the fact if it is practical or not!!

Why is that 'mature individuals' who cough up so much money for future investments, are not 'wise and old' enough to take criticism in their stride.     I am sure all will agree on one point here, that, there is hardly any thread on this forum which does not have negative comments, but it does not mean people are not buying those properties.. Moreover, price is always affected by demand and supply, and less by positive or negative sentiments for a project... Log aaj bhi Amrapali, Supertech etc builders ke flat khareedte hain...

    So, lets not get worked up on small issues.... Zindagi mein gam aur bhi hain... :)

  • Guys, rate can differ in same location by more than 200 sqft as well..Its all depends upon quality, maintenance etc..lot many societies are noida commanding premium from near by society because of above factors...SSH could be one of them in future, here rate might be so high because of no-availability of units, less units for resale and end user driven project..

  • Tyagi sir.. main kyun negativity spread karungaa.. I am writing what is genuine and valid for any buyer today.. no doubt H.Sunshine is a decent project but rates at same location and same type of projects like H.SS and AGV1 can not vary beyond 150/200 psf..evryone knows this mathematics!!

    I understand your concern, NGT is affecting every UC project in Noida. Why single out just one project and have your concerns. Are you invested in SSH?

    Its my view tht resonates in todays buyer's mind.. agar aap itna hi positive ho toh aap ek aur flat le lijiye naa sunshine management se rs 6200 psf pe...par aap toh aisa karenge nhi..aap ko bhi pata hai kyun! aap toh chahenge ki jo 3000 psf mein liya hai woh bas jald se jald maximum ho jaaye or aap isko sale karke nikal jaayein..
    BOSS you should keep ur judgement to your self, how do u know if i plan to live here ya sell kar ke nikal jayungaa.

    Arre hamein bhi toh apna sochna hai bhai...kal ko hum mein se kisi ne le liya aur bhagwan naa kare kuch ulta fas gya toh hamein to 1 crore ke badle govt builder se 3000 psf pe hi vaapis krvaaegi naa.. aap dedo bank guarantee hamein 1 crore ki yaa fir khreed lo 10/12 flats helios mgmt se 6200 psf ke rate pe...aapke anusar toh 2-3 mahine mein 400-500 aur bhi badega naa...toh kyun nhi karte ispe invest.
    To bhai apna sochoo, par har thread par negativity to mat post karo SSH ke for no reason.. why are you so negative in life.. aur bhaut judgemental ho yaar.. Will appreciate if you find some quality issue in SSH and then open it for discussion
