Another new project in Noida :

Website is excellent, no idea about ground reality..Even could not find the builder details..But the concept and amenities are excellent..

Has anyone got any clue about builder and any completed project by him.

Surprisingly no broker is also talking about this project.

    What is the approx resale price at Sunshine Helios ?
    What is the option of Flexi plan by builder ?
    This price shows there are vacant units available broker's saying only units available in resale no fresh booking possible. What is the current situation ?

    :- Only few bigger units available with builder, resale options are very few, not even with brokers. I called many brokers from 99 acres but all are even searching units, if some of them have, they are not at good location.

    If extra then how much is that ?
    If Inclusive then what all is included like parking, club, IFMS, electrification, power backup, lease rent etc.

  • Any one have inside pics on final completed flats, what color and quality of paints on internal wall, how big bathroom looks like after final fitting. Actually how is kitchen flooring tiles looking, how are the inside electricity material and quality, how is the wooden flooring and there quality, how is the drawing room and other bedrooms flooring looking, paints color and quality of each room and hall. Actually I am out of ncr and I have queries to know all these. Whether builder used the same quality and specification which they mentioned in BBa/or on website, how was the final kitchen looks, what they use for kitchen slab on both side, say granite or else. Actually we need to verify everything which builder mentioned on specification. Because we already seen that builder is not stick on their promise about delay penalty hence we can not truest them on other things also. I think 100% completion will take another 1 year to one and half year. If anyone have picks of inside will be appreciated

  • For the delay penalty, I think the best way is We need to come together ( all the flat owners) and higher the best advocate and file a case on high court or supreme court to fight with builder. And the lawer/advocate fees and all other expenses will be divide among all flat owners and we will contribute accordingly. This will surely be the best way to help us to get delay penalty , and teach the appropriate lesson to builders. But for this somebody needs to coordinate and take initiative to start this process who are on ncr/ noida location. Because for the person who are out of ncr or country this will not possible to do this work but they can surely be in touch through web/ what's up etc.

    Construction quality is Very good

    Small project and Lack of Green space...but that was Expected.

    Sector 79 is ALL SET TO BE A MESS......COMPLETE MESS....

    If this project was on Noida expressway...It would have been almost 7k by now...once its about be RTM

    This Project Quality is AS GOOD AS PURVANCHAL ROYAL PARK SECTOR 137, AKRITI SHANINIKETAN 143, ATS HAMLET

    ALL HAVE ONE THING IN COMMON

    They were ALWAYS end user based Projects.

    Sector 79 is going to be Biggest concrete Jungle of Noida...and its a shame that this project is in that region.

    Also with upcming connectivity to Noida extn just 3-4 kms away.....it will add to mess

    MY ADVICE TO BUYERS IN THIS PROJECT......

    Sell and Buy in ATS One Hamlet OR Purvanchal Royal Park...Both are RTM...equally Good construction...BUT BETTER LOCATION...Will be Much better End user wise...DUE TO RELATIVELY LESS CONCRETE JUNGLE AND MESS which will be a daily affair in sector 79

    AFTER 5-6 Years....You will Realise WHY I ADVICED THIS....
