Website is excellent, no idea about ground reality..Even could not find the builder details..But the concept and amenities are excellent..

Has anyone got any clue about builder and any completed project by him.

Surprisingly no broker is also talking about this project.

    higher compensation (not agreed by NA) while cleverly a smaller group of farmers approvals the courts for higher compensation/ denotifying the land acquisition. the HC rules against them . they apch the SC . case lingers on. the project is completed and we move in . difficult to move out people who are already residing in the sects. Some higher compensation is given by NA to settle the case.

    4. First w have to form some sort of a group with a group site to frame and ask Qs from the SSH people. Interested people can opine on the suggestion

    Can you please take this initiative and create a yahoo group, I think now we are more than 50 people on forum

    Whats the probability of case getting settled b/w farmers and Authority?

  • SSH is still hero..the current situation is same for whole 7x / expressway projects, SSH construction was started in Dec 2010 and now you can see the progress, QUALITY of material used and transparency of builder.

    Only SSH, Mahagun, Amarpali silicon, Morpheous green, Prateek has reached upto 8th slab but SSH is a small project just 5 acres with only 6 towers and was launched after all of these..

    has mahagun reached 8 floors?

    Morpheus is interesting. It was the cheapest in 7x area when i checked 1 yr back, i see very little discussion abt it on the forum, their website also had little info, but their construction is on at good pace. probably the builder has deep pockets. It has just 3 towers, and might become first project to give possession in 7x area. SSH might be second. Any guesses for the last? :bab (59):

    The office of the CCI Director-General has begun to collect information on major realty companies who have allegedly used “unfair” means to lure customers to buy apartments and then enter into one-sided contracts that favoured the builder.
    When Firstpost sought confirmations on the builders who were under scrutiny, CCI officials declined to comment. But informed sources said an investigative team was busy collecting samples of builder-buyer agreements of many big builders in the NCR region. Among them: Unitech and Emaar-MGF in Gurgaon, Jaypee, Amrapali, Supertech and Lotus in Noida.

    ग्रेटर नोएडा।। ग्रामीण पंचायत मोर्चा के बैनर तले नोएडा एक्सटेंशन एरिया के गांव इटैडा में रविवार को सैकड़ों किसानों ने पंचायत की। पंचायत में 8 गांवों के किसान शामिल हुए। सोमवार को हाईकोर्ट में होने वाली सुनवाई में अपने हक में फैसला आने के लिए किसानों ने हवन करने, उपवास और प्रार्थना करेने का निर्णय लिया।

    उन्होंने ऐलान किया है कि सरकार और अथॉरिटी हैबतपुर और इटैडा गांव के किसानों के साथ समझौते की बात कह कर किसानों को बर्गलाने में लगी हुई है। जबकि किसानों ने घोषणा की है कि उनका किसी के साथ कोई समझौता नहीं हुआ है। पंचायत में हैबतपुर, इटैडा, साहबेरी, रोजायाकुबपुर, बिसरख, चिपियाना खुर्द आदि गांवों के किसान शामिल हुए। मोर्चा के संयोजक रणवीर प्रधान ने कहा कि सांसद, मंत्री और अथॉरिटी किसानों की एक जुटता को तोड़ना चाहते हैं। किसानों को न्यायपालिका पर पूर्ण भरोसा है। सोमवार को किसान उपवास रखेंगे और हवन करेंगे।

    मोर्चा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष तेजराम यादव ने कहा कि किसानों को एक जुटता बनाए रखना बेहद जरूरी है। अथॉरिटी ने दलाल छोड़ दिए हैं। उनके बहकावे में किसान न आएं, हाईकोर्ट पर भरोसा रखे। किसान नेता दानवीर सिंह ने कहा कि इटैडा गांव के किसानों से समझौते के बाबत अथॉरिटी से कोई बात नहीं हुई है। किसान हाईकोर्ट का फैसला आने तक इंतजार करेंग और उसके बाद ही अगली रणनीति तय करेंगे। युवा किसान नेता दुष्यंत नागर ने कहा कि राजनगर एक्सटेंशन में किसानों को बिल्डर 15 हजार रुपये वर्ग मीटर का मुआवजा दे रहे है। उससे कम रेट पर ग्रेटर नोएडा के किसान अपनी जमीन नहीं देगे।
