Another new project in Noida :

Website is excellent, no idea about ground reality..Even could not find the builder details..But the concept and amenities are excellent..

Has anyone got any clue about builder and any completed project by him.

Surprisingly no broker is also talking about this project.

  • the pace of construction of SSH may get impacted due to this launch. land on expressway must be much costlier now and a big chunk of funds from SSH would probably get diverted to the new baby. Also, selling a new project at this time would not be an easy job.

    Even at this stage, Brick Work should have aggresively started.
    Its just done for 1 or 2 lower floors for B or D tower only and then stopped.

    As mentioned by some one , SSH is targeting completion of structure till April 12, which does not seems as acheviable date now.

    but is there any official news / dates of launch ???

    April 12 is impossible. I have heard July 12 from Vijay. Even July 12 is sufficient for delivery in June 13. Finishing for 400 flats can be done in 11 months. But current pace of construction is 3 weeks/floor. So in 16 floors in 48 weeks. This way slabs will be ready for all towers except E and F. But brickwork would not be over. E and F anyway have 3 months grace period.

    I am not personally interested in going beyond sector 92 on expressway. max sec 137/168.

    Also, have no money left.

    Else would definitely invest.

    In any case, I am more interested to see what they come up with; they must have some lessons from helios that they want to apply in the new one.

  • one lesson for sure ..they will not go for bigger units like 2850 /3200 sqft, For this project, Management especially mr Daw has sold big units with his links to his / employees / relative friends.

    now probably links would now be less, they should not go for bigger ticket size.

    Are you sure, they have inventory in big sizes. I am trying to get a 2450 sq. ft. but not available on lower floor. Not even 2850.

    which is the min floor u are getting? lower floors are the first to be booked. still i dont have very up 2 date info, that was the case some months back, things might have changed now.

    Upto 5th or at most by 7th. Right now I have 2050 sq. ft. and I want 2450 one for myself and one of my friend is ready to take my 2050 sq. ft.

    i think u mentioned the floors that u want. i meant which is the min. floor that is available.

    are you selling your unit to friend? if yes, what price? or are you upgrading thru the builder? coz if u upgrade, u just have to pay current rate for increased area, not whole area, while if u sale to friend n make a freh booking, they will charge new rate for complete flat.

    i hope you must have visited the site. the plot is not big, and will have G+22 buildings. lower floors will get sunlight for very few hours. although there are several factors for floors choice, just keep this point also in mind.
