Another new project in Noida :

Website is excellent, no idea about ground reality..Even could not find the builder details..But the concept and amenities are excellent..

Has anyone got any clue about builder and any completed project by him.

Surprisingly no broker is also talking about this project.

    8000/-psf is ok but i don't think that any builder in sect 94 is quoting these rates. who is the builder for the project that u mentioned? if it's supertech u may avoid because of their past reputation and i personally think that they have bitten more than they can chew

    These commercials are way more profitable for builders than residentials. Land cost is around 1.3L psm, which is 5 times the cost of residential. But FAR is (around) 4.

    so,

    Residential:

    land cost PSF = 25k/10.75 = 4888

    land cost PSF of builtup area = 4888/FAR = 4888/2.75 = 1777

    Commercial:

    land cost PSF = 130k/10.75 = 12093

    land cost PSF of builtup area = 12093 / 4 = 3023

    diff = 1246

    But the diff in sale price = 9000 - 4000 = 5000 PSF!!

      18th Floor done for B and C Tower
      Overall Good Progress for all towers
      sample flat for 1575 and 2050 are almost ready (you can get a feel of your home :-))
      In each Flat there is a provision of Fire Exinguishing water dispensers thats good :-)
      Brick Work done till 11th floors in C tower
      Water Pipes / plumbing work - fitiings in progress
      Drainage Pipes installation in progress
      wooden Chokhat installed
      Service Lift is operational in C tower
      Samples of tiles are in display
      HT wire areas are now covered with approx 90 ft area. as a divided for approach road.
      7x updates:


          Omaxe twin towers is now shaping up very well.
          Mahagun Mapple is almost ready for possesion.
          Gardenia is still in mess
          Sethi max and Assotech windsor are proceeding with slow speed
          Prateek wisteria has reached 17th - 18th floor
          Morpheous reached 13th flloor
