I need members advise on following for my Colleague.....
2 BHK Apartment
Budget :: 20-25 L with less initial upfront
Bank approved project as loan is to be taken
Area :: Noida / GN / Expressway
Builder must be Good & proven track record.
This is for investment purpose so Good Return in 3/4 year is very important .

    Gaurs GC-4/5 are approoved by Greater Noida Authority & BANKS such as BOB/IDBI. I have booked in GC-5 & got the allotment letter, banks are disbursing loan for GC4/5.
