Kindly advise if it is wise to invest in office space being built by aims sanya.what is the reputation of the builder??
Builder if offering 12% assured return on down payment and ythe cost will be around 9,000 /sqft.
Alternatively can opt for no assured return and get the 12% discount and pay the money.
Does this sound a good investment. The name of the project is landmark.

  • If its IT/ITeS (export oriented unit) kind of office space, key thing to know is if it's notified as an SEZ or not.

    They are making two towers.tower a will have marroit hotel and tower b will hace retail shops till 3rd floor snd from 4th to 38th floor will be office space.
    Location is right oppostie metro staion and over head bridge connecting the two is also proposed.
