As 3C has officially launched Lotus Zing, Can we discuss pros and cons of this project and location.

Floor plans and site layout is out on 3C's website.

What is your say on location of the project,

I would appreciate if senior members can comment on this.

    Next installment is due on completion of Ground floor slab. As of now tower 16 is in mid of upper basement. Looks like it will be approx 2 months from now..

    Just want to know why the construction pace is too slow in 3C zing. its almost 1 yr since i booked in tower 6, but seems like still no evacuation started for that tower. I checked with 3c 2 months back they said they will start digging work for tower 6 in Sep-Oct period and the 4th installment can be expected in jan-feb period. But I think, with current scenario, 4th installment will not come until March end 2012.

    Paras in 168 has got 7-8 floors ready which also came out in same time period as Zing.

    Hi Manoj,

    what is yr possession time as per BBA..i think 3c is giving upto 48 months time for new towers..also we should make some pressure or should ask them reason of so much delay..

    its only for 4th installment...afterwards..u will see nice pace then and at that time you will complain they are asking for installment quite frequently..if you do not have taken any loan on your property...if you have loan it will be ok....do not rush for possesion..sector 168 need atleast 4 years..may be 5 years to come up as a good liveable sector.

  • i am not sure what is meant by liveable sector but many people who are paying Loan EMI + Rent will be more than happy to shift in 168 even in a year or 2 max....Visit sector 119 to understand my point...so i expect families in expressways from 2013 onwards.... :)

    Sector-168 will be livable once project gets completed since its small area bang on expressway.

    My BBA for Tower 6 flat issued in Jan-feb 2011 says 39 months.
