As 3C has officially launched Lotus Zing, Can we discuss pros and cons of this project and location.

Floor plans and site layout is out on 3C's website.

What is your say on location of the project,

I would appreciate if senior members can comment on this.

  • I went for site visit. tower 1 .construction speed is very slow.2nd floors Terrace is is being completed. At this speed will they be able to deliver on time??

    Zing speed is too slow. I had seen some good face recently but again construction speed is slow down. No way to be delivered in time.

  • besides as it is in seismic zone 4 what is its earthquake resistance?which tower is the best location-wise??should I keep it or sell as what shall be the return in say 2yrs from now?

    you can expect around 6000 rate more or less after 2 years

    Looking at first post i.e. 3145 per sq/ft all inclusive and now available at 4100 per sq ft..... not great appreciation. Rs. 1000 in 18 months .....

  • Hmmmm.....Let see....

    Just for explaination sake:

    1000 sq. Feet...18 months back...total cost 32 Lakhs to INVESTOR / BUYER

    40% payment done till today= 12.8 Lakhs PAID To developer

    Premium asked today= Approx 1000 psf

    So if Sale done today at 4200 psf....This is what Buyer will pay to investor

    12.8 lakhs PLUS 10 lakhs (1000 x 1000)

    For investor....his PROFIT IS 10 LAKHS in 18 months for an investment of
    12.8 lakhs

    Thats an annual return of approx 50% per annum

    How do u see it..?????
