As 3C has officially launched Lotus Zing, Can we discuss pros and cons of this project and location.

Floor plans and site layout is out on 3C's website.

What is your say on location of the project,

I would appreciate if senior members can comment on this.

  • Also, what are the possible broker options for resale? IC folks quote a high price, but I also don't want to go thru an untrusted broker as the premium amount is quite high, senior members, please advice.

    My advice 'd be increase ur budget (if possible) & go directly to 3C's corporate office at sec-126. May be u get a gud deal (cancellation/new inventory).
    I heard they 've in 1335 & 1600(New tower 11 launched).
    Brokers can't be trusted at all.

    4600 bsp for any unit below 10, I thought current rate would be around 4500-4600 AI, watsay bro?

    Why dont u try 988 in panache ..u may get a deal in 4700 any day better than Zing

  • You can also try direct seller .Search on google group for zing or property websites and you may get a good deal.

    hi, its in tower 12A... upfront payment is 10%.. construction has just started so GF payment will come around feb.. in between there will be 2 more payment of 10% each..

    I understand i can buy cheap in resale but then cash is issue.. more over all resale units are above 10th floor.. guess ppl having units in lower floors are holding on...

    With a horizon of 3 years... i expect prices to touch a minimum of 7.5K as ATS & Supertech are selling at 9K + nowdays...

    Also, any new property will come at not less than 4400 BSP so why not zing when i can see that construction is happening at fast pace..

    ashish..resale price is never fixed it depends on buyers & seller urgency....4600 below 10 floor i would say not a bad deal considering zing has only 125 as extra charges....even ever other project in sec 137 is quoting 4500 + extra charges,....

    and 3C has any better reputation & construction quality then any other builder in this region....

    rate will increase as these 4500 range is from last 6 months..it time for next jump near diwali or new year...

    so agar lena hai to lo long term mai 100-200 idhar udhar will not bother u much...

    i know it is appreciated..but it not too much..it is similar to every other project in sec 137/168.... Zing will bypass these projects by handsome margin after possesion....

    3000-4700 in 2 years... 4700-6500 in another 2 years...by average calculations

    4 saal mai to average underconstruction property bhi double ho jati hai.....Zing is still better bang on exway and 3c name...

    Guys, I went to the site... the approach is horrible... the underpass is small..

    In the coming times.. when people will start living there & in adjoining projects.. service lanes will be completely jam packed..

    any update on this guy??

    Right now the underpass is small because this is what catering the current needs... when area will become denser surely underpass will get wider.

    have you seen ring road almost at every redlight there is a flyover.. its there because theres a need.


    we have to assume it that ways or else we can follow a safer approach

    wait for underpass to get widened
    wait for metro to come at EW.
    wait for service lane/sector roads to build & widen up..

    & pay a LITTLE extra.. :)

    4275+125 (additional)+45 (transfer)....

    can anyone please advice....

  • I believe, evenif it is quite closer to the top floor, go for it. You can't expect better than this BSP in the current market. Prices are expected to go 50-150 upwards during the festive season (as told by one of the broker -- but take it with a pinch of salt as they always say something like this depending on who you are - a buyer or a seller; and yes there is no fixed benchmark price, so on what this increase will happen I don't know). In the current market, I guess, prices are primarily driven by demand and supply - so lot depends on that in the next couple of months.

    Construction is cruzing now & even updates which used to be on 5th,6th every month is on 3rd this time.
