As 3C has officially launched Lotus Zing, Can we discuss pros and cons of this project and location.

Floor plans and site layout is out on 3C's website.

What is your say on location of the project,

I would appreciate if senior members can comment on this.

    Coming to your question, your query doesn't clearly state what kind of help you are looking for. Please mention some details such as your budget, size, some requirements your looking for so that fellow members could give you some suggestions.



    Ha Ha Ha.....Its not like that you will get nothing in GURGAON around 55L. You will get the same in GAON :P that's why moving to Noida.

    My requirement is 2BHK around 1050-1150 sqft. My budget is 55L AI.
    Constraint: RTM within an year.

    do some leg work I am sure you will get very Good options in your budget..
    like 3C LP, Paras, Logix Blossom county etc.

    The biggest problem is a seller sells it at 4500-4600 and broker quotes 4900-5200. What to do :(

  • These r brokers tactics to misguide end users & not let them buy at current prices. 3C management is increasing all their projects at NOIDA & Gurgaon by approx 500-1000Rs./sq ft. next week. Brokers are buying these flats & 'll sell them wid 500 minimum premium from nxt month onwards.

    Rest many phases of LB & LP are due 4 possession dis year. So serious buyers/end-users dont get trapped & buy at prices available, prefer directly from 3c .There are many units with them (Holding units, Extra FAR units, Cancellation units etc.)


    Dont go on false claimed prices 4500 - 4700 all inclusive . U wud never get these deals in real. Rest is your decision.

  • fully agree with luvguru. my broker has also confirmed the news of increasing Rs 500 in LZ. nothing is available in LZ less then 4900/-. I am also looking for some deal in LZ.

    That's true I am looking for small unit for my friend as it's having intensive value due to almost all inc. Pricing..within having maximum benefit becoz of this type of deal.

  • Very valid question. For towers which are in advanced stages, 1st few installments would be time linked and then construction linked. Each tower has a separate payment plan for new bookings.

    Since possession hasn't happened yet. You must have got BSP price + other charges that you must have already paid to builder?
