Hi

I am new for real estate and have some quarries.
Please help me in understanding the few points..

    Allotment letter and associated documents.

      Buyer agreement and associated documents.

When will builder provide documents related to Project specification, Layout plan, Unit plan and Master plan of project.

Above documents come with Allotment letter or buyer agreement?

If any builder is not giving above documents then what is builder intension? He want to change things in between development or some thing else?

Banks provide home loan after issue of allotment letter (which comes after project plan approval from Authority) or after Buyer agreement?

      Please explain…

      Thanks in advance…

Problem is that you are looking for ready-to-eat-meal.

These questions have been dealt with a number of times in many threads. Pls. use forum search options and go through them.

    In short the steps ate as follows;

    Booking
    Land Registry by builder
    NA plan approvals
    Project approved by banks
    Allotment letter
    BB Agreement
    Release of payment by bank

Go through some threads of some important projects and you will clearly understand these steps.

In NOIDA RE, anything about a project can change any time. So be guarded.
