Hi All,

To all those confused brains spoilt with choices, here is one more. A big hoarding just before the site of Mahagun Moderne says that a reputed builder who has delivered over 50 projects is coming soon to sector 78.

Please give comments who this can be. This should not be very difficult I guess, as *delivered 50* is not a joke! (If it was *ongoing 50*, then only 2 choices: Amrapali and Supertech )

    Amrapali and Supertech...Have done nothing till now which makes them "Reputable"

  • Maybe worth waiting for...

    This might just be the project worth waiting for. Reasons:

    1. Reputed builder with over 50 projects. (God knows!)

    2. The plot size probably is around 25 acres, which is not too big like Gardenia or too small like Antriksh, Morpheus and Sunshine Helios.

    3. Location is really good: Not touching the metro station/sub district centre so more peaceful than Sikka/Antriksh/Morpheus/Helios and closer to reach than Mahagun and Hyde Park.

    4. It would be facing the Graveyard! So Rates might be low!

    Many are avoiding sector 78 as it seems to be 1-2 km far as compared to 74/75/76/77. But actually a new link would be made from Dadri Road after Barola to sector 78. So while coming from Delhi/Atta Market, only one red light would have to be crossed - the sector 49 one. (Sec 37 red light is going to be converted to an underpass)

  • There are more builders with premium housing expected to launch and we may see some luxury projects. In the last 8-10 months there have been almost 40-50 projects of medium segment get launched aggregating ~2 lac flats. But next phase is likely to be premium segment.

    Munish, Could you Pls throw more light on premium projects coming in Noida. Its better if you can start another thread and deliver this information . This thread may not be viewed by many becoz of its topic.

    Waiting for same...Its common sense and the way every business works..while treading on new areas...its best to play safe.
    Thats exactly what builders have done...

    They launched value for money, but high density (1000 appartments in 10 acres is too much..way over the edge) and congested projects..and they got a good response..Now the waters have been tested. Expect something better now..with a little premium.

    Even a Top builder like Eros played very safe...now most of the builders have a good feedabck and know the way people are responding.

    I am sure something better will come off for 300-500 Rs premium....but the project should be well laid out...breathing space and good appartment layouts....Unlike 3C Zing which i was thoroughly dissapointed with...
