Does anyone has an idea, if there are new residential sectors planned on e-way? I think if it does, it'll impact and stagnate the sec 137 prices to a huge level .. Experts, please share your views?

  • I know 143,143-B,168 have been auctioned/would be auctioned. Can't say how much more Noida Authority would plan by changing Land Use in coming time.

    It would affect prices in all sectors. But don't expect any fall. At most prices may inch up slowly over next 2 years & then stagnate once project deliveries start. NA has also increased circle rates some time back. So that's add to price increase.

    But again projects where builders deliver quality would see demand. Maybe the likes of Purvanchal & Logix.

    I hear that most projects have been able to sell only 50% inventory. Even 3C boulevard has units left. So with lot of inventory don't expect too much return if you are an investor. Only few projects would see good resale volume.
