But amazing thing is iska Golf Homes, Leasure valley villas, leasure valley park, centurian Park floors substantially booked hai not sure on terrace homes, la residencia, but good locations like corner, lower floors are not available. recent projects which are under construction are almost on schedule e.g. zodiac, platinum, sapphire and nothing really bad heard on construction quality either all are big projects. People on this forum cursing Amrapali based on their property in Indirapuram built in 90s I don't think is really fair. Please provide recent examples from under construction projects or completed ones e.g. Grand e.t.c. so that can get real perspective. My personal opinion is if a project is more than 60% booked risk goes pretty less 'cause that gives it enough to start with and rest 40% comes really fast after that. So if somebody has data on how is the booking percentage for Amrapali projects or even other individual projects they are traking please share.
