A friend of mine if moving back to India permanently and is looking for a ready-to-move property in Noida in the range of 70-75 Lacs. While I have been trying to budge him into investing in under-construction properties (I have booked in LP), he is still quite bent on going with a traditional existing property, favoring sectors like 61/60/51/32/33 etc. Any inputs on such availabilities in these sectors, and if they have any concept of low-rise builder floors.
