  • Today's Home Ridge Residency

    Hi All,
    I have booked a flat in Todays Home Ridge Residency located in sector-135 noida noida-greater noida expressway). I found this project really good in overall perspective however it depends upon persons own judgment.

    Some positives of this project:-
    1. Located in special development residential zone (check noida's master plan)
    2. Already build HIG and LIG flats adjoining this society (on 2 sides)
    3. Already operational companies like Accenture, Metlife, TCS, Steria in SEZ (on one side), upcoming more companies like Genpac & more.
    4. Front side has green area & on back ridge area which is govt protected.
    5. Amenities to be developed near to it - govt community center, metro station(across expressway, 800 mtrs i think)
    6. Already build & i think operational 2 schools.
    7. Price of project is moderate.
    8. Builder has already delivered housing society in Gurgaon, crown plaza hotel, & mall, check their website.

    Some drawbacks:-
    1. Due to lack of marketing this builder is not very popular.

    > Not sure of construction quality & delivery timings

    Pls keep posting on the forums as they are the only mean for confused buyers to connect.

    Location is good I must say but I have seen construction of the Mall. Its OK-OK but better than many builders in this area Like Aditya,Amrapali,Supertech etc. Agree...... Builder has failed at marketing end.

    I have studied the location.Vipul is right. The location is superb.The marketing budget will be spent in the construction..The price level is too good for this location. It is close to the genesis and other international school.

    The IT companies will create demand of rental and resale. Just imagine living 5 minute from your office in a good locality...

    From behing there is a high way planned ?under rconstruction to kalindi kunj or so...15 minutes drive..So Express way on one side and high speed high way towardssouth delhi...Superb location...The sample flat looks decent..
