    Today I visited the site, project is coming out beautifully. A lot of family seems to be shifted in amarpali . Just wait for a year this sector is going to rock. Click image for larger version

      Gaurav Sahab,
      this sector was always good one.
      it has proximity to sec-44 , which is one of the best sectors in noida.
      ugcc in front.
      critics are always there , but a good stuff will always remain good.
      i am happy with word GOOD and not worried about by word BEST.
      HENCEFORTH A VERY NICE GOOD LUCK.

        As kumar gaurav mentioned...the calls for resale continue unabated. I believe i am also getting every week at least 5-7 emails/calls for resale of my flat. THe rates being quoted to me are 6500-6700 per Sq Ft. And i have been rejecting all the offers contunously.
        Last time when the discounts where on i had checked with the sales guys and the broker also about the inventory which is available. And as i could understand, either the Ground Floor was available or 14th or 15th floor and above was available for 1845 and 2475 flats. Garden facing only the top floors were available.
        So will low availability and the possession nearing...good times for Prateek Stylome are not far away.
        With Prateek Tower in Noida Sector 61 selling for around 8000-8500, in my opinion 9000-9500 should not be a problem one year down the line at the time of possession.

          Being a end user I need an apartment for myself. I like Prateek Stylome with my few other preferences. Can anyone advice why I should choose Prateek compared to any other project. What will be its possession date and what will be its price at the time of possession. I need a very genuine advice and a very practical one..... eagerly awaiting.

                  Price prediction of 9000 psf. Smallest apartment size is 1875 sq feet. 1875* 9000 = 1.66 cr. 9L are other charges.

                      I don't see the price of this project crossing 8000 at any given scenario. Fedora is available at 7000-7500 and not at the rate someone mentioned earlier.
