            6800 I was getting for my unit 6 months before , now rates are going northwards for this project. In such sluggish market where every builder is kicking the ass of buyer, this project builder has upgraded his specification on every front and delivering without any major delay.

                hai guys,
                the above view is not from noida expressway side.
                you cannot see this structure fro noida expressway side.
                it has got completely covered by NRI RESIDENCY IN FRONT OF IT AND THIS IS ONE OF
                NEGATIVE POINT ALONG WITH SENSE OF CLAUSTROPHOBIA FROM INSIDE .
                ONLY FRONT TOWERS HAVE GOOD VIEW AND INSIDE ONES CANNOT SEE.
                i was going to buy 3600 unit and i was getting the lower floor and THIS WAS ONE REASON
                I WALKED AWAY OTHERWISE CONSTRUCTION NO ISSUE.

                THE BEST PROJECT , I WOULD STILL GO FOR IS UGCC BUT THE BUILDER HAS SCREWED IT
                BIG WAY .UGCC IS A BEAUTY ON THE EXPRESSWAY AND IF YOU GUYS HAVE THAT KIND OF
                MONEY ,THAN BETTER WAIT FOR THE RIGHT TIME OF UGCC .
                I WOULD VOTE IT AS THE BEST PROJECT ON THE NOIDA EXPRESSWAY.

                  only view should not decide the final purchase.
                  in my opinion the location, gentry, builder image and future growth in the nearby area decides the final purchase.
                  UGCC was good, but they have screwed it. Amrapali Sapphire is good location but poor quality builder.
                  NRI Residency is good but there has been hardly any movement in the last one year.
                  Thus i guess Prateek Stylome is still a good bet. And i guess viewwise in a good society even an inner garden view can give someone a lot of happiness.

                      6800 if someone is willing to sell...i would consider him outright stupid.
                      Hardly anyone is selling in this society. Also with 95% payment gone, possession nearing...why should someone not wait for another 6 months and sell near possession.
                      Anyone talking about 6800 AI is bullshitting.
