    They have unsold inventory and in a bid to clear that, they have been restricting the investors to transfer the flats. Resale of Stylome flats might soon become a pipe-dream as the builder is planning to impose very high maintenance charges on the buyers. Builder's greed will turn most of the prospective buyers to other projects. People have already shifted their preferences to ATS 1 Hamlet and others. Looks like its going to be tough times ahead for the buyers and investors in Stylome.

        The latest news will blow your mind. The maintenance charges for Stylome have been declared. It is going to be 4/- psf. So it will not be 5000 but 7380 + service tax + other charges. Thank god i didnt buy a flat in Stylome, but i feel bad for my friends who did.

          Why different rates for laurel n wisteria? Both look same specs n built wise.

              The project is like any other projects in the area. No central air conditioning, small sized pool, 2 lifts in a tower of 108 flats. Per person charges for gym & spa are extra. They may come up with additional extra charges later on

                  This is still one of the best projects in Noida, if not the best. Only the maintenance is an issue but this is being worked upon with the builder as the quoted is not final just an estimate . The project has shaped up very well, whether it is the pool or club. Remember we are talking about only 545 families who would be using the resources. The flats have come up nicely with lot of openness and spacious balconies. All in all i am happy with the project as an end user would not think of moving anywhere else.

                    Friends the best thing about Stylome is that unlike other builders they are going to offer possession without much delay.

                    Maintenance Charge though quoted a little higher...will have to be lowered down by the builder and all the buyers will get together to ensure that this happens

                    Request all the Prateek Stylome Flat Buyers to join our Association and ensure that Stylome becomes one of the best projects to live.
