Earthcon casaroyale is located in Sector-1 of Noida Extension. High Court has given its decision for 36 Hactares of land of Bisrakh Village and devla Village.
So this is just to inform you that not even a single project in sector-1 is effected by High Court verdict. This dispute was for Plot No.-1 in Sector-1 and that plot is not yet allotted by the authority to any builder.
So dont go by the rumors, casaroyale and all the projects in sector-1 are safe for sure.also construction work is going on in casaroyale project

    i also drop my decision to buk a flat in noida,can any one suggest me abt the project in indirapuram becoz it is very close to noida one brokr suggest me abt the antriksh sanskriti at NH-24 and saya.wht project is best..

    It would have been better if instead of finding faults in his language, which by all means was very comprehensible, you could try to answer his question.

    sorry iam not a broker ,i have booked a flat in casaroyale project,iam just spreading awareness among the people who had booked flat in this project,becoz many brokers are spreading rumor & panic among people, the construction is going on at casaroyale site..

    ग्रेटर नोएडा। इलाहाबाद कोर्ट के ज्यादातर आदेशों की चोट नोएडा एक्सटेंशन पर पड़ रही है। इसका परिणाम यह हुआ है कि क्षेत्र में खामोशी छाई हुई है। बिल्डर दावा कर रहे हैं कि उन्होंने जमीन लेने से लेकर फ्लैट बुक कराने में कोई अनियमितता नहीं बरती है। उनके पास सभी कानूनी दस्तावेज हैं। बिल्डर भी अपने सवालात सीधे प्राधिकरण से कर रहे हैं, क्योंकि इसमें प्राधिकरण और किसानों के बीच का विवाद है। मकोड़ा, साबेरी, सूरजपुर, गुलिस्तानपुर में फैसला किसानों के पक्ष में हो चुका है। प्राधिकरण के सामने मुश्किल यह हो रही है कि एकदम ढेर सारी याचिकाएं कोर्ट में जा चुकी हैं और एक-एक करके परिणाम आ रहे हैं।
    बिल्डरों ने सोच समझकर रखा है कदम
    एक्सटेंशन क्षेत्र में प्राधिकरण से जमीन लेते वक्त बिल्डरों ने सबसे पहले जमीन का कब्जा लिया। इसके बाद रजिस्ट्री कराई। फ्लैट बनाने का नक्शा पास समेत अन्य सभी औपचारिकताएं पूरी की। इतना ही नहीं एक्सटेंशन क्षेत्र में करीब 20 बिल्डरों को जमीन दी गई है। ज्यादातर ने काम शुरू कर दिया है। यह तभी संभव हो सका है जब फ्लैटबुकिंग का काम करीब आधा हो चुका है। कुछ बिल्डरों के तो पूरे के पूरे फ्लैट बुक हो चुके हैं। चूंकि कानूनी तौर से बिल्डर अपनी जगह ठीक हैं। जमीन देने की जिम्मेदारी तो प्राधिकरण की ही है।
    झटके फ्लैट बुक कराने वालों को भी लग रहे हैं
    लगातार कोर्ट के आदेशों के चलते फ्लैट बुक कराने वाले भी चिंतित हो रहे हैं। उन्हें डर सता रहा है कि कहीं पिछली आर्थिक मंदी जैसा ही हाल न हो जाए क्योंकि उस दौरान तमाम प्रोजेक्ट खटाई में पड़ गए थे। अभी तक न तो पैसा वापस मिला है और न ही फ्लैट। प्रोजेक्ट पूरा होगा कि नहीं यह चिंता सताए जा रही हैं। क्योंकि प्राधिकरण ने जो मास्टर प्लान बनाया है उसके हिसाब से एक्टेंशन क्षेत्र में आने वाले समय में जनसंख्या करीब 12 लाख होगी।
    बुकिंग सेंटरों में भीड़ घटी
    साल के शुरू में नोएडा एक्सटेंशन ने ऐसा धमाल किया था कि नोएडा की सीमा से लेकर ग्रेटर नोएडा तक जगह- जगह बुकिंग सेंटर खोल दिए गए। बड़े-बड़े होर्डिंग लगाकर लोगों को प्रभावित किया। उसकी सफलता बिल्डरों को मिली भी। जानकार मानते हैं कि दिवाली तक सब कुछ सामान्य रहता तो ज्यादातर बिल्डर अपने फ्लैट बुक करा लिए होते।
