Haven't seen a thread on this project in this forum hence starting one.

Anyone heard of it yet? I got mailer from 2 days back about this. this has studio+2bhk aprtments, bsp is 2850. Location doesn't look impressive as its behind BG coming from eway. But one good thing is typeA aprtmnts have 2 aprtments/floor and its G+14.
Have few Q's:
BOP is said to be mkting partner..Wht's that? Logix is way behind 3c in terms of mkting, so are they hiring professionals to do this on their behalf?
CP Kukreja is architect n engineers .. Any info on their reputation pls?
Who are the builders/contractors for this?
Couldn't find expected delivery date in the site.
Sector 141 is just opp this prj, anyone has first hand idea of that sector? Is it a village?

I'll call logix office tmrw morning to inquire about these but any details by members of this forum is welcome.

    Buyers are there, but Logix has started resale transfer only for a few days....better contact Logix before making such move

    Hi , resale prices have shot up by 100-150 rs/ sq ft over past 2 weeks. So resale is around 3500-3600. You can confirm the same with brokers. And there isn't good resale inventory avlble in market as people are hloding their properties till next price revision by Logix, which will happen before Diwali. If brokers suggest you a cheaper deal than this, then it will be flexi plan or flat on a higher floor.

  • I believe, promotional schemes like 50% off on car parking / 60-40% schemes etc will work better for fresh sales of zest than forcefully suspending resale transfer...

    It leads to bad mouthing of project and builder too, eventually giving an edge to competitors...one should compete ethically, which unfortunately, it not happening...

    Many people are dissuading me from buying logix zest, saying they have some 'issue' going on with authority. Is this the May 2012 NA matter? If yes, then is the matter settled now? Is logix in any kind of trouble?
    Any input would be much appreciated.

    I believe this is the same May 2012 NA matter. Also ask those people, if they have any documentory proof for that or they r just spreading the rumour.

    I have got the demand from logix and last day is 06-oct-2012 in a demand letter for submit the DD. This will be the last date to submit amount or there will be any grace period to submit DD.
