Haven't seen a thread on this project in this forum hence starting one.

Anyone heard of it yet? I got mailer from 2 days back about this. this has studio+2bhk aprtments, bsp is 2850. Location doesn't look impressive as its behind BG coming from eway. But one good thing is typeA aprtmnts have 2 aprtments/floor and its G+14.
Have few Q's:
BOP is said to be mkting partner..Wht's that? Logix is way behind 3c in terms of mkting, so are they hiring professionals to do this on their behalf?
CP Kukreja is architect n engineers .. Any info on their reputation pls?
Who are the builders/contractors for this?
Couldn't find expected delivery date in the site.
Sector 141 is just opp this prj, anyone has first hand idea of that sector? Is it a village?

I'll call logix office tmrw morning to inquire about these but any details by members of this forum is welcome.

    i am tempted to go for zest as its the only one available on eway in fresh booking for around 4200-4300 AI

    as far as i know only blossom greens was in some trouble due to site layout changes not being approved by noida authority

    kuch toh batao zest ke baare mein .. 4200-4300 AI fresh is a good deal or not ?

    boss is that fresh booking rate you are quoting ?
    also another prob for limited budget guy like me is that jaypee klassic min size is 1175 sq ft .. so that total cost in lakhs is still quite high :(

    Resale rate - pick 620 sq ft size studios in A block then. Still i believe would be better then investing in recent launch.

    Zest has recently uploaded the new price list on the web site with effect date 5th July 2012 with no change in the price list (soo still 3790) except the Transfer charges, now they have removed trf. charge clause from the price list :-) seems they will put 75-100psf. trf charge & it means all transfers from now on will have to pay this extra charges ? This shows their aggravation to promote fresh sales but no bsp raise.

    How about those initial buyers who have first transfer Free mentioned on BBA or original price list ?

    as far as I know Zest is not dealing directly.

    if you are doing research on zest .. kindly also find out if rates are revising in couple of days .. one broker told me rates are revising but second broker told me revision will be after 2-3 weeks ! :)
