Haven't seen a thread on this project in this forum hence starting one.

Anyone heard of it yet? I got mailer from 2 days back about this. this has studio+2bhk aprtments, bsp is 2850. Location doesn't look impressive as its behind BG coming from eway. But one good thing is typeA aprtmnts have 2 aprtments/floor and its G+14.
Have few Q's:
BOP is said to be mkting partner..Wht's that? Logix is way behind 3c in terms of mkting, so are they hiring professionals to do this on their behalf?
CP Kukreja is architect n engineers .. Any info on their reputation pls?
Who are the builders/contractors for this?
Couldn't find expected delivery date in the site.
Sector 141 is just opp this prj, anyone has first hand idea of that sector? Is it a village?

I'll call logix office tmrw morning to inquire about these but any details by members of this forum is welcome.

  • yaar zest is not for families...but for singles working in nearby areas...

    For people buying second flat, it sounds to be a good investment which can fetch them decent returns...period.

    There is no swimming pool...waise bhi, with 3600 flats...the pool will turn out to be a dhobi ghaat...good its not there...

  • Hi i think one may get a flexi unit around 3275 too and CLP plan unit aruound 33350 in resale....somdat in 3350 u shud try to go for clp plan unit..

    zangooraji, if u compare zest wid blossom greens or ikebana, the difference is only of 200-300psf, but the demand for 2/3/4bhk in these projects will always be much much better as these projects can attract singles and families, whereas zest can attract only singles.

    if someone is going for 1bhk, then zest is the only option.

  • zest i feel is a good option for those who just have 5 lakhs now have total budget less than 20 lakhs....

    intially people who started thier jobs and or in srvice for around 1-5 yrs ...if u dont haev budget beyond 20 lakhs ...then i think 1 bhk u can always buy on loan and then once it is ready ...u can sell and upgrade .....to a 2bhk or 3 bhk...

    or Buisnessman or persons who hv plans to take loan and then put it on rental ..rental may match loan emi after 4-5 yrs....thats the punch

  • construction going on well . received demand letter on casting of 4th floor in SAT-2 tower (thats the studio tower ) and due date is 11th nov. now most of the towers casting for 4th floor has been achieved. yes Sudash ji 2bhk option in zest is also very good . the floor plan is good . RATES are expected to raise in 1st week of nov. I think transfers are closed in zest now a days .

    Dear RKalia, do you also know the status of Tower-4, I believe the construction was stuck at first floor in last 2 months, not sure if there was some good progress in October month. The next installment is due at 4th floor which I am not hoping before Jan-Feb.
