Haven't seen a thread on this project in this forum hence starting one.

Anyone heard of it yet? I got mailer from 2 days back about this. this has studio+2bhk aprtments, bsp is 2850. Location doesn't look impressive as its behind BG coming from eway. But one good thing is typeA aprtmnts have 2 aprtments/floor and its G+14.
Have few Q's:
BOP is said to be mkting partner..Wht's that? Logix is way behind 3c in terms of mkting, so are they hiring professionals to do this on their behalf?
CP Kukreja is architect n engineers .. Any info on their reputation pls?
Who are the builders/contractors for this?
Couldn't find expected delivery date in the site.
Sector 141 is just opp this prj, anyone has first hand idea of that sector? Is it a village?

I'll call logix office tmrw morning to inquire about these but any details by members of this forum is welcome.

    Following positives
    - logix a decent builder
    -architect CP kukreja ... very reputed... designed signature towers, gautam budh university etc
    -decent tower layout.... i wudnt say the best ... but better than many
    - sector 143 ...location advantage ... 3C oxygen ... unitech, DLF SEZ plot next to it... Bhasin commercial already launched ... FNG back on track ...good schools nearby ...within 2-3 kms
    -Cheapest rates in the area ... all the neighbours blossom greens, gulshan, sikka are close to 4k .... this is cheaper

    I don't understand what CP KUKREJA has designed
    Is it for looting people.... Infact looting end users...
    Any who knows that the 3/4 and Penthouses that are to be launched yet will be converted in studios.
    Underwear sukhane ke liye bhi jagah nahin milegi, it will be so congusted. After possession one hospital is required inside campus as many people may fall sick due to suffocation:-)

    Zest is good for pure investment... khud rehne mein mushkil hai...

    CP KUKREJA outsources the designing...waise bhi, its mostly copy-paste stuff

  • No construction not stopped . getting regular demand letters . paid latest demand this month only for which due date was 18th Nov'12. for SAT2 Tower of studio appts.

    Its really a nice project for investment which will appreciate more once sec 137 starts getting possession . also logix county possession will have effect on it. People will be able to know the quality which they will get from county. and county possession is expected from 2013 2nd qtr.

  • whst the login ....yes indeed i have never heard such rate for a long time now...price was in btw 3350-3400 ...also do check if seller made all payments and nothing is due to avoid any cancellation issues later..

    JUST CHECK CAR PARKING SHOULD BE 1.5 lakhs not 2.5 lakhs..

    bhai ek baat batao ... wo zest ke peeche wali parallel road hee kya eventually FNG road (proposed) se link hogi ?
