Haven't seen a thread on this project in this forum hence starting one.

Anyone heard of it yet? I got mailer from 2 days back about this. this has studio+2bhk aprtments, bsp is 2850. Location doesn't look impressive as its behind BG coming from eway. But one good thing is typeA aprtmnts have 2 aprtments/floor and its G+14.
Have few Q's:
BOP is said to be mkting partner..Wht's that? Logix is way behind 3c in terms of mkting, so are they hiring professionals to do this on their behalf?
CP Kukreja is architect n engineers .. Any info on their reputation pls?
Who are the builders/contractors for this?
Couldn't find expected delivery date in the site.
Sector 141 is just opp this prj, anyone has first hand idea of that sector? Is it a village?

I'll call logix office tmrw morning to inquire about these but any details by members of this forum is welcome.

  • It seems logix has slow down construction speed since last month .As per pmc certificate updated on site shows only 1 floor has been costructd in 4 towers . Lagta h ab logix ko funds ki jarurat nai h..

  • few days back i hv seen few ppl on face book asking 4000-4100 bsp for their lower flr green facing 2bhk units . I believe this z nt realistic price and they would hv nt got d buyers.. Resale rate should be around 3800-3900 at max as of now.. This z my pov nt any argument.

    if builder wil hv to pay more than it wil have upward move in upcming projects and hence wl apprict d existng proj also. But this may take few months or a year.

  • Resale prices in 2 bhk are between 4200 to 4000 in zest as of now, depending on location like north facing etc. Construction speed is good of zest, people are really positive about it.

    Registration charges are paid by owner at time of registration. I do not see anything apart from cost increase for end user where only NA benefits, not the builder not the seller... however see a potential for worry for investor to rush to offload inventory when coming closer to delivery

  • My friend is interested to invest in Zest.. he called up BOP to get deals in resale... They demanded 4300 BSP in resale... can anyone please confirm if this is the resale price quoted by BOP now a days?

    Resale price in Greens and Zest are almost same. Speed ans status of both projects are same . I think possession also will be offered at same time if Logix is not thinking about possession tower wise. As of now FAR of Greens has been increased. So I guess greens and zest should be quoted at same price as of now.
