      BSP of 3790 at Flexi is ok, looking at current scenario
      but make sure

      1) u get a good unit -location wise
      2) would suggest go for 920Sq ft as there is no diff in 920 & 990 except for one store, also location of 920 is better central green facing

      What discout u r getting?

        Revised Rates

        Dear All,

        I got a call from the BOP that booking has been opened at 3,790(2BHK) and 3,890(3BHK).

        They also informed that rates will soon be revised to 4,040.

          I think rates are Flex plan based, any news on CLP rates being announced??

                  With PLC and additional charges, rates are close to 4200/sq ft ... same are the resale rates for LBG and Teria for some towers ...

                  Stricking a resale deal there wud be a better option if CLP is not avl anyways ..

                      I have heared few things about this project.

                      1. Their is a dispute over this project land.
                      2. A high tension wire is crossing the project site.
