Haven't seen a thread on this project in this forum hence starting one.

Anyone heard of it yet? I got mailer from 2 days back about this. this has studio+2bhk aprtments, bsp is 2850. Location doesn't look impressive as its behind BG coming from eway. But one good thing is typeA aprtmnts have 2 aprtments/floor and its G+14.
Have few Q's:
BOP is said to be mkting partner..Wht's that? Logix is way behind 3c in terms of mkting, so are they hiring professionals to do this on their behalf?
CP Kukreja is architect n engineers .. Any info on their reputation pls?
Who are the builders/contractors for this?
Couldn't find expected delivery date in the site.
Sector 141 is just opp this prj, anyone has first hand idea of that sector? Is it a village?

I'll call logix office tmrw morning to inquire about these but any details by members of this forum is welcome.

  • Why you are asking BOP and not logix group. Its logix group who can provide you correct information.
    When Saha and Victory were introduced information was floated from Logixgroup.
    When FAR was changed info was floated by Logixgroup.
    Incase BOP has some stake in LogixZest there is no point of spreading such news by BOP.
    BOP is just an investor in Zest.

    Whatever .. No one is honest with their work and commitmnets.. be it Logix or any other builder.. When Logix provided the possession date in 2 years that also in written .. could that be belived ??? These all are statagies from real state players .. BOP ki b statagy hai ki Zest ki possession date 2.5 years batao jisse County jyada bike..
    Morover BOP is just a broker ... and we all know these guys very well...

  • Shouldn't be 2.5years....have all ready paid installment for top floor in tower 2...only four emi are left....first on brick and plaster....second on flooring ....third on plumbing and finishing..and fourth one on possession

    Will be one year after structure completion.In fact I have a feeling that Zest will be completed before Greens.From the pictures most of the towers in Zest are reaching completion.IHO max 2 years for possession for Zest.

  • Sharma ji - I meant that Zest and Greens ( when developed ) will probably become societies in Sec 143 - just like we have Parsvnath Prestige and Shrishti in Sec 93 !!!

    Further explanation - It is mainly to state that there will be NO Boundary walls built between these projects - but cordoned off using greens and hedges and big vases !!!

  • was watching property show on NDTV today ..and for the first time they have recommended Logix Zest for investment..also confirmed resale prices in range of 3700-4000....possession 2014.

    at least they recommended zest..that's happy moment !

  • Really good news for everybody on this forum....Logix zest has to come in limelight....as project location is fantastic...bang on FNG near to Noida expressway.....

    issues r solved and prices have not appreciated so scope of appreciation is there....
