Haven't seen a thread on this project in this forum hence starting one.

Anyone heard of it yet? I got mailer from 2 days back about this. this has studio+2bhk aprtments, bsp is 2850. Location doesn't look impressive as its behind BG coming from eway. But one good thing is typeA aprtmnts have 2 aprtments/floor and its G+14.
Have few Q's:
BOP is said to be mkting partner..Wht's that? Logix is way behind 3c in terms of mkting, so are they hiring professionals to do this on their behalf?
CP Kukreja is architect n engineers .. Any info on their reputation pls?
Who are the builders/contractors for this?
Couldn't find expected delivery date in the site.
Sector 141 is just opp this prj, anyone has first hand idea of that sector? Is it a village?

I'll call logix office tmrw morning to inquire about these but any details by members of this forum is welcome.

  • Sharmaje aap saath mein ho tou rates apne aap badh jayegein....waise project has been underpriced for a long time....and now the good times has come..already good enquiries in market these days abut this project.......1BHK prices shud be a very good FD..rent pe chadho..loan karvao...aaram se rakho....after 3 years it shud be net income plus property appreciation....

    I think prices are already 4500-4600. Forget about BOP rates, no unit is available at 3600-3700 as they claim. Market mein jao, fir pata chalega. So Expect far more in diwali

    correct ... Ideally AI for ZEST lower floors prices should be around 5k. As when I booked in zest ..prices were almost equal with sector 70X projects. Now resale prices of these sector units are touching 5k.(Few ppl may share the better picture, as i just enquired in these sectors recently so not aware the clear picture) so keeping in mind location and other thinghs at least rates should be equal..my POV

    The total additional cost for lower floor including car parking , club + other charges like PLC and CPF comes to Rs 1260 , by this calculation this bsp comes to Rs 3800. My POV is it is closer 5200 AI thus the bsp comes to Rs 4k / sqft.

  • Markets are slow...Logix zest deals are available at 3800 bsp...i think u r right prices r now touching 4000bsp...may be navratras ..or may be buyers have started asking more as more payment have gone,....its quicker than i expected...

  • stick to ur price of around 3800-4000sqft ..BOP is sticking to a price of bsp 4400 rs per sqft and has liquidated 50 units in marktes in last one month ..also the parking they are selling is open car parking at 1.5 lakhs..whereas old buyers have paid 1.5 lakhs covered car parking..
