Hi, I have recently shifted to Noida and I am looking for ready to move 2 BHK flat and was looking at Sec 93 MIG flats on weekend. Could someone please suggest if these are good and what should be the current price.

    I was offered a good location FF (Omaxe Forest lane Main road) at 44L (finally negotiated to 43L+) recently... did not take it finally and invested in a plot instead jointly with someone. Not sure if the flat is still available - anyways depends on your preference / choice and if you want to stretch a bit.

    any first hand example of price decrease. ASAIK, price have escalated min 10 lakhs in last 2 years. Price may be stable now a days as not current rate information. If you have, please share it.

    one positive thing here, ample space in 2 bhk unit, option to extend it..put 3-4 lakh in flat, you can redo lot of things and make it very good..
