I had booked 1170sq. ft. Rs 1840 in Amrapali Spring Meadows ( 7th floor, East & garden facingg, 3bhk, within my buget of Rs 25Lakh , smaller project, average builder, very good location near institutional areas as per master plan, very good connectivity with sector 78 & gaur circle & eros circle etc) one month back. Despite average builder and expected delay I have booked because of other factors. Soon after land issue came in limelight and uncertainty kept on increasing. Till now I have paid Rs 50000 token money only. Now the builder is asking for 10%. Whether I should cancel the booking and exit or there is any other better alternative .

How would land issue effect amrapali fortunes keeping in mind that it has largest land bank in NE?

Seniors kindly give yours input .

Regards
