- best unit layouts for 1415 sq ft flats
- two swimming pools
- heat absorbent brickwork
- Resale can be done easily as all the flats are less than 1500 sq ft
- Upcoming commercial property just adjacent
- FNG
- Nearness to proposed five star hotels
- high booking percentage
- low availability of units

    Yes its not tooo close as in many projects....but its not 1 km away....its not a huge negtaive but its definately not a positive either

    Nobody can be bowled of a NO ball. So far, you have been bowling no balls, nothing else. 1 km or 100 metres, understand the essence of what i said, dont just find anything and position it as a negative, to become a self-proclaimed expert.

  • Ok, on the serious note LZ is a good project, may have an edge over the other surrounding project at this stage but after all these projects are completed there may be other projects better than this.

    We cannot say a project is best when it is under construction, and yes the exception being if you are talking abt short term investment. For short term investment 3C projects are ofcourse better....

    The flyover outside in front of sector 93 or LP was hanging half built similar to the movie "speed" for 4 long years...it started in BMWs previous regime..stood still for next 4 years of MSY and completed in BMWs second coming...Same with other clover leaves of maha maya flyover..Work on service lanes too..and Obama had sent funds to complete them...
    ..Work is visible as such fast pace today because if the money is not spent fast then contracts may go to other agencies...and then where does this leaves kickbacks.....

    MSDHONI ....it is very logical for him to defend his hard earned money...you cannot expect him to tom tom logix or ajnara...

    3c is frantically pushing this ZING project before it launches Sports Village....as it has more to do with the pricing barrier, it is trying to maintain in the next project....keeping the interests of the set of investors it is attracting.thru campaigns in Dubai and London....
    Brokers are collecting cheques for Sports city and since MAY it is not being announced??WHY?...because due to negative sentiments about NOIDA the investors pulled there hand back and ZING did not fill up fast as expected...Sold out is more of studio and 1 BHK ......They are delaying Sports City launch till this ZING is sold out to some extent...and maybe Dhoni too is apart of the sales brigade...yahaan nobody knows the identity of the other one ...sab sabki beep beep kar rahey hain...
    You can increase the prices of towers anyday but the reality is the moment you go to any big broker may it be IC ,ACD,Buniyaad,Om sai ...the type of inventory they show you .....is amazing....evrybody so much interested in the cash component...Wait for some time ...they will bleed themselves if they dont move out now....after 30% payment...

    Experiment....leave your numbers with any broker and then see them hounding you with hourly calls ....


    Picture abhi baaki hai doston....Asli khel shuru hoga jab project complete hongey....offices,commercial space mein ownership nahee hoti....you go there ,crib and come back home.....but home is something else...engineering is different....

    India mein jo 300 saal se depression chal raha tha .. ab indication hai ki next decade mein hum garibi mita payenge ... India is going to commit 1 trillion in next decade on infrastructure... Agar bhi tumhe lagta hai ki roads, service lanes will hang in every state after govt. change then I wish you all the best..

    Further, poore India mein investor sentiments itne aache nahi hain 2008 se.. and you could see it in the price.. At least I am end user and I am not scared with your dooms day predictions.. and I hope other friends in the forum feels so. For investors, only those who work hard, do their study and believe in themselves makes their fortune.. they don't care mine or your views..for those, who invest on others judgement suffer sooner or later..

    If 3C is protecting investors sentiments and gauging market demand before launching it's next big project then all credits to them.. they know their business... and I feel safer with those who knows their business and value their customers

    dont feel so bad about not having made the right decision of having invested in zing at the right time. u might get opportunity in future also. dont vent out your feeling of having lost out in this manner.

    just an advise for you as a well wisher - jaypee krescent homes is the second best project in noida. consider that.
